Cops looking for money in donations.

Spam

Two calls seconds apart apparently looking for donations to support law enforcement.

Tips:
1. Only answer calls that ring 5 times or more -- robo calls disconnect after 3-4 because they don't wwnt to be charged for minutes.  One thing we all can agree on is that telephone providers do not give free minutes to anyone,  not even scammers!

2. Set your vm to answer on the first ring, they will disconnect immediately.

3. Block the calls, either within the phone's function or thru your service provider, or both.

Remember to tell those folks you do talk to that you have established a phone strategy.

"Nat'l Police & Fireman's Assn" aksing for a pledge amount of $15 or more...  Checked them out under "Charity ratings" online and found this one keeps 95% of your donation and only gives 5% to the cause...  i.e. this is a ripoff
