I have a foolproof get off the phone card for them... I live in California which is a 2 party consent state for call recording.  They are required "BY LAW" to say that they are recording the call... I say "I'm sorry, I do not consent to being recorded" this usually ends up in them saying .. "ummm, well.. uhhh"  To which I reply "Have a good day".  Then I hang up.

Two calls already today.  Both in Texas.  Both Collection agencies.  One called from 469.249.8362 and the other called from 956.376.7460.  I've set up an automatic block for these two numbers and MANY MORE.  They all fall under the "contact" as POOP.  Each time I receive a new call from a new number I update my existing contact "poop" which is set to pick up and hang up.  I don't even here the phone ring.  If you're annoyed with these folks harassing you, you may wanna try my approach.  I am disabled and survive on SSDI.  There's already too much month at the end of the money.  They can't touch your SSI or SSDI.

Received a call from 469-249-8362 in regards to a VERY old cc debt I had, we are talking 13 years ago.  I have added to my reject call list.

DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER AND USE UP MY MINUTES.

I think they are fishing. I have received a lot of phone calls from these people over the years and I have no debt.
