This number has appeared on my caller id twice. The first time, they didn't leave a message. The second time, I recognized their number and I hung up on them on the first ring.

The number belongs to Convergent, a third-party collector. How do I know this? I dialed the number and encountered a greeting from a woman, first identify herself, then the name of the company.

Just called and left no message. Cannot find any reverse lookup info. I have had some dealings with Covergent so I would agree with Anon above.
