Called and asked for owner, told owner was not available but was going to give email as the owner is hard to get a hold of.  Lady just hung up in my ear. Rude.  When you try to call back, the phone doesn't ring or anything, just empty silence.

Woman called from "North American" said that is the full name of company, when asked. Asked for owner, told her I am co-owner, woman hung-up. Good luck selling anything. Wouldn't have bought any way.

rude black dude asked if owner was there, while another  man was heard in the background training him on how to make the phone call.  I said no they are not, he replied "are they really not there or are you just saying that?"  I said no it's true.  He very rudely replied "ok fine! I'm just asking!"  and then the other man in the background was heard saying "when they say the owner isn't there I just say...." and then they hung up on me.  

About 5min later got a call from same "texas caller"  phone number and this time it was a not so rude black woman.  This time I told her I was the owner, and she asked for my name (I gave her a fake name obviously since they will no doubt call back with this info) and tried to get her company and contact info from her, then she just hung up on me also.  

When I call the phone number back it just rings and rings and nobody ever picks up.  I'd love to learn the name of this company though, so I can suggest to EVERYONE to not ever do business with these people.  Also, to get their phone number so I can psycho call them all day long and make it so they can't get any work done either.    

They just called me again (yesterday, too). Then hung up when I answered.
I just wanted to say  I admire your work ethic!

Number just called our business and asked for the owner so I hung up. We hang up on all "owner" calls now, because they hang up on us when we say the owner isn't here and then continue to call.
