Hung up, this gives GE a bad name... they should look into this fraud.

They'll  just give California, Texas & Florida more Area Codes so they can annoy us even more

You guys don't do it right.  I say yes and schedule an appointment.  When asked for my address, I give the local dump.
When they catch on, I ask them If I started the call...  They usually say NO.  Then I tell them the law.  The only contract that is binding is the one I start not them.
