I got a call from 469-241-7600 today, but interestingly enough, I have never had an account with Capital One of any kind.

Inetrestingly enough as well, they didn't leave a message.   So if they are indeed the collection division of Capital One, I would really love to hear what they have to say to me.  I have field days with collection departments.   :)
