I missed a call from this number and they didn't leave a message so upon Googling their number I landed here and, based on everyone else's comments, I would conclude they're one of those evil credit card scamming scums. May they go to hell.

This number called with a fake Called ID -- Neal Madlock... when I asked for Neal, the guy had the audacity to tell me to "Go F**K myself".

I am 1000% serious.    Unbelievable.

Picked up, it was a robo dialer from unspecified "credit card company" offering reduction in interest rate, "press one to connect to a person who can help."  Blatant phishing scam.
