I keep getting calls from the same number every day (469-212-9829) and no one answers and when I call them back, it just gives a busy signal every time.

Finally got through. The number is for Alliance security. The touch tone does not respond when you press 1 to be added to the do not call list. You have to press 2 in order to speak to a sales rep. At that time, you can give the rep a piece of your mind for all the unwanted calls, and then ask to be placed on the DNC list.
