As a followup to my conversation with the person that I spoke to, I sent an email to sales@relianceairduct.com.  In the email I assured them that I would try to pursue legal action if the unwanted solicitations continued.  The calls have stopped.

the above company we have been discussing is the fraud there is another company that has a name similar to this trash company, I believe in irving texas, they have been in business for 20+ years. I spoke with their representative, they are not the same company, the names are similar and that is all reliant-heating-and-air-conditioning-in-irving-tx is the good company see the bbb listing below
