I didn't answer the call. I didn't recognize the number. The message left was 15 seconds of silence... If you put in the effort to look up my number and dial it, at least put forth the effort to leave a message.

9/17/15 Thursday 12:30pm, called in, rang 4 times, left no messages. The same number kept calling for 5 years, every September, obviously a fraud caller.
