Kia auto group asking if I need service.  okay with me

just called and hung up on the voice mail.......
no manners theses days..... " oops I go the wrong number "

or something , just hung up .....ok

This company called and tried to sell me something. The Mexican could barely speak English and I honestly don't know what he was trying to sell. I said no thanks and hung up. Now this psychopath calls me twice a day, every day. Who is this company? I need to file a complaint with the FCC.
