A man named "Anthony Owens" stated he was releasing a "file containing two complaints filed in the state where I live" this evening to "the county" of my residence....unless I immediately call him back @ 469-208-4704 to stop this legal action against me. He calls from an unlisted, unknown number in TEXAS (Dallas, Carrollton, or Grand Prairie counties).
He doesn't identify his agency, who the alleged complaints were filed by or where nor state what these complaints are about.
