I got the same call from "Heather" as you guys did.

Called today, but did not leave a message.

A. Never call these numbers back.
B. Never, never dial any digit in response to a recorded message.  They can claim that you "agreed" to any terms they can make up by entering a response.
C. It seems that as soon as you block one number they switch to another.
