Credit Card Scam. Says they can lower my interest rates.. It was a recording when I picked up. Just ended up hanging up right away.

Received call from a woman who said wanted to lower rates on my Chase, Citibank or Discover cards. Asked for name of company. Said it's called Card Services and "we" want to lower your rates. Said no thank you and ended call.
