Yes this is a scam. Nick johnson is his name and he says he is with premier loans.

Nick johnson with premier loans takes money from you saying that it is for bank and processing fees and then sends it to someone in Vietnam. You never get your loan. He works out of grand prairie texas. I have address also if needed.
