I've just reported this to Bank of America. It is a confirmed scam, and they are investigating it. This number "469-201-7025" called me at 7am this morning to say they are "Card Member Services". When I pressed them for a company name, since "Card Member Services" as a generic term, not a company name, they said they are with "FIA". FIA is an actual company, but this number is only using this other company's name ILLEGALLY> IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. My bank--Bank of America--confirmed that you should never give your info out over the phone. If this was legit, and it really was Bank of America, they would be able to look up your account with the last 4 digits only. And also, they would never be calling you unsolicited in the first place. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION OR YOU WILL BE A VICTIM OF THEFT. PLEASE REPORT THIS NUMBER TO YOUR BANK SO THEY CAN BEGIN THE INVESTIGATION TO SHUT THIS DOWN!!!!!!!

I get calls from this number and other related numbers fairly regularly. I also have a fax machine hooked up to my phone line and if I don't pick up the phone, the lucky caller gets to listen to the fax machine scream at them. God bless the inventor of Caller ID so we no longer have to talk to idiots like this telemarketer.

I have been getting calls from 469-201-7025 for over a month, and noone is on the line when i answer the phone, and I would like for them to stop calling, and I even called the number back just as soon as they called today, and got a recordec message that their offices are closed on the weekend. i am tired of their calling, and I have to stop what I am doing and answewr, and no one being on the line.

received a call from 469-201-6025 for my daughter. man claimed he was from Bank of America. did a reverse phone search from and found out it was a place in Addison, TX called FIA Card Services. The 800 # they gave for my daughter to use to call them back (800-711-4517) yielded NOTHING with a reverse 800 number search. It's obvious from the secrecy that this is a scam. When Bank of America calls..it's Bank of America!

Have been receiving MANY calls from this number.....listed as TEXAS on caller ID....normally let the answering machine pick up when I don't know who is calling. They call constantly....almost every half hour. Last night did it for me....they called my house at 10:30 p.m.!!!! I thought these "telemarketing" calls are to stop around 9:00 p.m.......this is getting upsetting

I set up my computer to send them 740 faxes to stop calling me. I called the FTC to file a complaint with them. I finally got a call from FIA to ask me to stop sending faxes! I'm not going to stop til they stop calling me! Fair is Fair.
