caller id said "invalid number" I did not answer, they did not leave message.  Got one from same area code yesterday and very nasty caller about "my computer" - can't believe they think we are that stupid

i slept in this am and phone rang at 7:52 a.m. Saw that it was a number that I wouldn't normally answer, but picked it up as it had already woken me up.  When I picked it up, there were voices in the background and it was clear it was a call center.  I gruffly and loudly said, "hello,"  A female with a slight accent said, "Hello, this is Sophia."  I angrily said "I don't know who you are, but you are calling before hours.  Good bye." Then I hung up.  Wish I had said do not call me again or had pressed her for information, but I didn't.  Am very angry about all the calls I get that I almost never answer and they almost never leave a message.

Called at 7:31am...really??? Our call-bot intercepted and sent it to Neverland so it only rang our house once, but it was enough to wake everyone up.

I picked up the call just to tell them to remove my number from the list. It's an obvious call center which sounds like it might be in India, but i'm not sure on that. The caller said they're from "Windows" (hahahaha) and that they were getting notice of malicious files from my computer. I told them that I don't fall for this kind of garbage and to remove my number from their list. :sigh:

Call came at 7:30am. I picked up without looking at caller ID; I thought it was a family emergency. I could barely hear the person. I just heard broken English telling me something about my "come-pute-terrr" in a heavy accent. I just started yelling that they were idiots to think I would believe their crap from someone who can't even speak English & then hung up
