We run a small business so it is hard to scan calls but out-of-state usually don't apply to us, so we don't answer and if it is important they'll leave a message. This one came from Eugene, Oregon with no message and, of course, I checked the number out here just to find out it's telemarketing scammers for a $250,000 business loan or home security system or whatever the scam of the day is! Thanks everyone for posting here, it really helps! All these spam calls are so blasted annoying.
