keep getting calls from this number. It comes up as an unknown number and leaves no message

Only got it once so far,but I punched in the number onto Google and it went to this sight!
   Thought it might've been my psycho sister tryin to call but now I don't think so!

Left no message. Also got a similar call from 410-548-3817 an hour earlier.

Called the number back and received the message 'you've reached and unassigned number hang up and try again '
Obviously a spoofed number that connects to some boiler room full of bs.
Don't answer and block. I'm sure they'll try a new number next week....

  Well, these scammers are really getting out of hand and I have had it. I pick up and hand up or on my cell I decline . BUT if I do answer at times and it was the same guy the idiot asked me " if I wanted to S***K his D**K... I am not putting up with these kinds of calls. .   We never had them when we had regular telephone companies, so why can't Comcast or Verizon do something about it. They claim they are and they want to raise the price I don't think so. Get rid of the scammers and I will think about paying more .
