They hung up when I answered

This number called, no message, I do not pick up number sI do not know or whom will not leave a message. I take it this number 458-201-1376 must be a scam!

I had a voicemail after this number called me, but it was a recording and only the end of the recording made it to the voicemail. Something about getting a "free system." Then press 2 to get removed from their list. Next time I might answer and just dial 2.

SCAMMERS.  Rec'd multiple call from this number and none of the azzholes calling has the courtesy much less gonads to leave a message.  SCAMMERS.  I won't answer such unknown calls from numbers I didn't call or recognize since to do so would only validate they called a good number and provide them a time where they might get a response; all of which a valuable info these azzholes can use or sell to other SCAMMERS.  Do Not Answer Such Calls.  Protect you info.  BEWARE...

Why is there nobody on the other end?  Because it is a computer that is dialing you.  When you answer, it flags your number to the computer that it is a legitimate number, then given to a real person to call you.  Are people really dumb enough that they will push #1 or #2 to supposedly get removed that might trigger a hack from the dirtbag's computer?  I guess so.  The DNC program doesn't work because the FTC doesn't enforce anything.  Just don't answer it and their computer will remove your number eventually.
