these idiots keep calling to update my free Google business listing, my advice as the reputable owner of an internet marketing companies in Las Vegas is to hang up right away, and DON'T press any buttons.

I second what Tony, above, says. We get recorded messages to update my free google business listing ALL THE TIME (same recording each time)  I finally held on or pressed 1 this time and spoke to "Orville" to try to check out what they wanted, after hanging up on many, many of these calls.  I asked if he were actually calling from Google.  He said no, that they were a licensed contractor for Google.  I verified the address, but then when Orville asked if I were the owner and I said no, he just hung up on me!  Obviously wanted to sell something or even record me saying the word yes.

Exactly right. I finally answered one and when they asked if I was the owner I said, "no, I'm the office manager". He says, "that's ok, Thanks." Then he was gone. I also called the # back and got an OPT out message that did not work.
