Just got a second call AGAIN.
Took the call yesterday and pressed 1 spoke with someone and actually went off yelling and cussing at them. They hung up. When they called back today I went along with it until she had to verify my information. I went along with it still until she asked for my phone # I stated you called me. She said that there auto dialer actually called and they did not have my number. I explained my first call and informed her that if she continued calling me ( I am on a do not call list ) I would file charges with the FCC for harassment and not following the Do not call list. She said that she would have to remove my number manually as there auto system is not working correctly. In my opinion this is a scam and we should all band together and file a class action law suit. But to who?

Your so right John, I've been on it since its inception and I still get calls from the kids, grandkids and the rest of the relatives.. Sad isn't it?

And to top it all off, we have to have to put up with the real lawbreakers.. Those scammers, the frauds and the extortionist scammers to boot!  

Oh, and lets not forget, there's the illegal telemarketers also that simply refuse to obey the laws!

I tried ignoring and then swearing but neither worked
now I claim I will  file a restraining order for  harassment / stalking
or a threat of a awsuit DOES make them think twice
