Got the call. Didn't answer, no message.

1)  Unrecognized number
2)  Left NO voice mail
3)  BLOCKED

More than likely a debt collector.  I've been inundated with debt collectors looking for a past roommate.
Telling the debt collectors the person no longer lives here does no good.  They keep calling...

NEVER ANSWER THE CALL WANT THEM TO STOP!
