Said he was from the IRS. When I told him they could send me a letter then, he asked for my name. If it were the IRS than they would know my name by my phone number, and they would send a letter first. Also, IRS calls wouldn't come from Oregon .

This is a scam. They have a heavy Indian/Pakistanian accent and state they are from the IRS. It brings me joy to F with them the whole time. For everyone out there the IRS will never call you unless returning your call. They won't have a heavy accent either over the phone. They won't ask you for payment or say they will arrest you. If anything you will get a certified letter in the mail. Don't fall for it. Enjoy playing the gam back and messing with them more.

Told me it was about IRS and I was already audited and had to pay. I told them I never received a letter of notifications from the IRS about being audited. I asked them go send me a letter of this audit and they said they couldn't be cause of previous attempts to contact me and no communication so now they can't send me a letter and they would see me in court.

I just had one trying to say due to mistakes on my taxes for 2010-2015 I had a law suit against me and I owed $4,586 in taxes and interest.  I asked where my paper work was and they said they had tried hand delivering it but no one was there to receive it.  That if I took  it to court and lost I would have to pay $7,000 the amount owing plus the lawyer and court fees, plus could possibly spend 5-7 years in prison. Than proceeded to tell me in order for them to send me the paper work again I would have to pay $1,000 right now. I went ballistic on them and told them I wasn't paying anything to anyone without the paper work and lawyer present. Not with how many scams are out there. They hung up on me as I was saying this. This # 458-200-2152 as well as 303-219-8729 r just scams trying to get u to pay them money.
