"this is not a solicitation" congratulations from the Visa/MasterCard rewards center..."  SCAM call.  I pressed one to get to a live agent... a woman answered and I asked why they were calling the Police's office.   She said you pressed one to talk to me.......I said I want to know why you are calling the office for police....she hung up.
