I received a similar voicemail on my cell. The call back number was 404-445-2833. I don't deal with banks, and I sure as heck haven't bounced anything.

i just got a call from this number saying that i had a returned item from my bank and left a totally different number for me to call back... the name that was on my caller id along with this number was RWA

If the bank really had returned an item, you would have paperwork from them - NOT from a cold caller.
