These scam artists are at it again. They've claimed to be process servers. I call BS. Real process servers will never, ever call ahead. The person who called identified herself as "Kaylee (sp?) James" and claimed to be a process server from my county.
So now they've given a different number for me to call to 'avoid court'. Baloney. Side note: The aforementioned Kaylee stated her intent to "attempt to serve [me] between 3 and 5 pm" yesterday, and went on to say that if she couldn't "get" me here, she would "have no choice" but to try to serve me at my place of employment. Lots of luck, I have no job currently. I was home until nearly 4:30, during which time I never saw hide nor hair of anyone who didn't belong here, which only reinforces my belief that the whole thing is bogus
