I am getting calls from the cell number 443-840-9406 about some court's paper delivery. The automated message requests me to call back. All attempts to find an official business under this caller ID were failed.
Could somebody help to find who is behind this phone number?

I get a recording telling me about court papers.  This is a total joke as no court papers can be served over the telephone.  just a new scare tactic by a collection agency.

This damn number keep calling me about a court order and some damn body name William Parker. I have told these ignorant fools stop calling me from this number. These ppl act stupid as if they dont even know what the heck I talking about. Its really irritating. I would have to call and get my number because so many family memeber and my job has it. For the last week I have been receiving calls from 442-840-9406 which is automated claiming to have court papers to deliver.  I waiting this time to see what followed and when a "gentleman" answered he had NO CLUE what I was talking about. I tried to call that number and a recording came up again - no real person answers. Now I ask you, if the "gentleman" didn't know what I was talking about and he was serious, does this automated service just connect to another randomly picked phone number? They have been told - TIME AND TIME AGAIN - to stop calling and do you think they listened? HELL NO! It's hard to trust who is on the other line these days with the government now controlling ALL communications so maybe it's them setting up their system to keep track of who we talk to. Conspiracy Theory? Make it GO AWAY!!

I got a call from this 443-840-7445. They left a message suggesting they had a court summons.

Other comments on sites suggest the person/people behind have left sticky notes on peoples door with '443-840-7445' as the call back number.

The fact they will actually go to a residence and physically leave a note is very disturbing.
