Woodrow Watkins called our mortgage business to say he's from US Hud and has business leads for us.  Sounds fishy to me.

Got one too a few minutes ago, The number he left to call back was different from the number on the CID which was 410-268-3310. Thanks all for posting!

I just received a call from this number.  Being a newer real estate agent my initial thought was how excited I was to have a potential new lead.  Then I thought, well, it came to me too easily, seemed a little shady.  So I decided to research ushud.com, and to Google the phone number which brought me to this site.  My hunch this was probably a sales call or some type of scam seems to be true.  Desperate times these days creates a lot of desperate people.  

Here is what they left on my voice mail...

"My name is Matt, I work with U.S. HUD.com.  I was just giving you a call because I'm looking for an agent that can assist with some first time home buyers who are looking to purchase in Knox county.  I was hoping when you had a moment, if you could please just give me a call back.  You can reach me at (443) 603-1032.  Again my number is (443) 603-1032.  Thanks."

I do not pay for leads.  I will not be calling him back.
