Why a Baltimore number for a New Jersey collection agency? Then when I asked for address I was berated, I thought they wanted the money but it seemed they wanted to give me a headache. I do not give checking account info over the phone, yet was talked down to by not only the first guy but "Anthony" who was the supervisor as well. I was not given a last name and also told that he was the manager on the floor. Anthony would not transfer me to a his boss.
