i received a call from them saying that someone wants to sue me???? and i was like whowould want to sue me i have nothingyou know can someone tell me where dis num is coming from?

Just got the same phone call. They say that I am guilty of check fraud, interstate bank fraud and theft by deception.  They said I owe money to a payday loan company.  Which after some research I have found this payday loan company itself is operating illegally.  Tell em to [***]! They cant do anything.

ASKING FOR SPECIFIC  EMPLOYEE--SEVERAL TIMES--THIS IS A PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCH CENTER--CALLER TIED UP PHONE LINE AT LEAST 4 TIMES FOR SEVERAL MIN EACH TIME-COULD NOT MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THE LIABILITY OF HIS PHONE CALL..HE SPOKE WITH AN ACCENT AND DID NOT TAKE OUR CONVERSATION SERIOUSLY..A POLICE REPORT CAN BE FILED AND CHARGES ALSO REFERENCE HIS PERSITANCE.
