Called me several times....leaves no message...tried to return call and it was stated that it is an international number?

Thank you so very much!  I didn't recognize the number so when I answered they asked to speak with me. I asked who was calling and I couldn't understand anything other than so and so from Matrix. I of course said I wasn't home and then they asked me if I was a family member. When I said No, I was the babysitter, they said they'd try back later and hung up.  I tried doing a search on Matrix but didn't find anything.  Now that I have a little more to go on, I'll be filing a complaint with the MD Public Utilities Commission. I already work from home with a reputable company and haven't expressed an interest in anything else for well over a year, long before I got my number changed.
