Yes it is a scam. I have tried to press 1 on more than one occasion and as soon as I have a live person I ask them to remove me and they hang up before I even get the word "remove" out of my mouth.

Got a call from 443-333-8640 to my Google Voice account.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  The Caller ID on my landline shows the number and Annapolis, MD.
