Left a message for an unknown person about a court hearing and if they don't show by a certain day and time with important documents they will miss court. The person has broken English and sounds like a mouth full of food.... they have the wrong person/number

Received multiple calls from this number claiming they have tried several times to serve me at my residence. Have had this address for over 20 years and there is always someone at home, no one has come by.

Caller threatened to come to my house to serve me papers. if not at home will come to place of employment...if I didn't contact this number will follow suit with further action

Received a voicemail today at home and work saying that I was going to be served between the hours of 3-5 at my residence and if I am not there they will come to my work and try to serve me there. If I am not available at either location then I will be documented as unwilling to comply and I will miss my court date. He left the number above but was calling from a restricted number. I called the county sheriff and they didn't have anything on file under my name, but took no further action and the woman was actually quite rude.
