This is a collection agency they buy junk debt, charged off debts and try to force you to pay them. The debt could be 7 plus years old. If you make one payment to them that old debt will be new again and you will open up a whole can of worms.

On some type of dialers. Violates Fair Debt Collection and Practices Act so take notes. Also violates Usery Laws on allowable interest and charges. Best thing to do is pay them a fraction of debt they are asking for if in fact it is a valid debt. If they won't settle, record calls, take notes, dispute debt, ait 30 days and sue the b@$+@rd$ !!!
