These idiots have called one of my phone numbers 17 times from this number, and possibly also from several other numbers. Sometimes they identify themselves as ACR, sometimes as BCR, but they usually refuse to identify themselves. If they are BCR, a collection agency, (and they probably are), they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in several different ways every time they call. (They are required to identify themselves; they are not allowed to call third parties [like myself] in regards to a debt collection, the cannot call repeatedly after being asked to stop.) They are also behaving like idiots since they have no hope of collecting from someone else by calling me, and they could easily verify that they are calling the wrong number by looking in a telephone book, if the in fact know how to use one. (Sometimes they give the name of a person they claim has a bad debt.) I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, but I have little hope for any action until our government is restored. Anyone receiving calls from them should go to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and file a complaint
