Very polite caller, "May I speak to ___?" I responded, "May I ask who's calling?" no answer... long pause... Then, "Is ____ available?" I repeated my request and then she hung up. Disconcerting indeed.

Constantly call my phone. Have not given permission or my number to anyone with this number. When I answer they never speak just hold phone.
