Unanswered survey call at 8:30 am! CID said Gwynn Oak MD

Received a call from this number today-April 23, 2016 at 3:29 pm. As I didn't recognize the number or the company, didn't answer the phone. Of course, no voicemail was left. You would think, they would leave a message if a legitimate company as people DO WORK and/or NOT AT HOME!!!!!!! Supposedly, the "company" is VITELITY, LLC. As it is probably a scammer, I don't waste my time registering a complaint to the "Do not call", as these people change their numbers just as quick as people report them!!!!!!!!!!
