I too just recieved a voicemail from a Eugene stating my resume just came across his desk & woulf like to ask me a few things.  Sounds like this guy has been doing this for awhile after looking how old some of these posts are.

I had that same guy Eugene call me and leave a msg, His vm said he was from VFS Tried to look up the company and can't find anything.
