Shame on you for telling people they have won, when they didn't. And from what i can understand you ask for a credit card? BULL [***]. What nerve you have when it seems there's no winning at all.
You never pay for something you win. if you win you don't pay a dime EVER.
So shame these persons, who are probably trying to make a free buck, with no intention of delivering.
