Just got a call from k.blunkall on a Sunday morning! Somebody please!

Caller ID says:  Blunkall, K  440 808 8541.  Phone rings 3 times only.  Received calls yesterday, January 12, 2017 and today January 13, 2017. at different times.

Called a number of times.  One time, a partial recorded message was left, regarding a "health monitoring system".  Scammers anymore are starting to use spoofed local caller ID's in order to get you to pick up, since most people tend to wise up when a call is coming from an unfamiliar number from out of town or out of state.  Beware.
