Caller Named Richard calls...misrepresented self as an attorney and then private investigator. Claimed will sue a business because an ex employee's relative owes a personal debt. In violation of many FDCPA laws. Beware when dealing with this company - report to the FTC and state attorney General's office immediately. Also has been known to record calls without permission and consent

Caller identifies himself as "inspector" actually refused to hang up the phone on my administrative assistant until she tracked me down.  Then he told another person at my work that this was a courtesy call and that if they didn't find me that he would send a sheriff to find me.  Talk about breaching confidentiality.  The last time I spoke with him I said in a very friendly voice, "i'm sorry I can't talk right now" and then he proceeded to say, "who do you think you are dealing with".  I wanted to laugh because apparently he takes this job very personally and assumes that he is the only bill collector calling me.  YIKES...when someone can't pay a debt of $200 it is very probable you are not the only one harrassing her...get a life and live by the laws like everyone else!  I will be reporting the call thanks to the post above!
