I rec'd a phone call from this number today. They said they were calling from the American Veterans and collecting for the homeless and needy in the city of Ricchmond Hts.

I just received a call from this number. I said "Hello". There was breathing on the line. I said "Hello" again and was hung up on.

Same thing just happened to me.    Seems like if they are trying to collect $ they would at least say SOMETHING!   :-)

Same number, I asked what he wnats.  "i'm Mike Rivers".  Who are you?  hung up.  
flow on, "Mike", the oily gulf is waiting for you.

Just got a call from this # and had the same thing happen with the breathing and then they hung up. Why would they just hang up?
