Calls & no one talks.  Who is this idiot ??

Called twice. I could office sounds in the background, then they hung up.

Robo-message left on answering machine indicated that the call pertained to my current account with Dominion (gas service).   Due to a recent "government state deregulation", I might be eligible for a discount on my gas bill.   I declined to "press 5" to speak to a representative.   Unless this message came directly from Dominion, they shouldn't be calling me as I am on the Do Not Call List.

Robo-Caller Recording indicating that with my current account with Dominion (gas service) and due to a recent "government state deregulation", I might be eligible for a discount on my gas bill. Problem is... My Gas Company IS NOT DOMINION and if the caller was Dominion... they would assuredly know that... shouldn't they?
