Call Received, call Blocked.

Called me, I am in Wyoming - Asking to change power companies, claimed to target Toledo Edison customers. "Lisa" claims the company she works for is Power Choice and stated the call center is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Because I have boredom (and a good friend), filling suite in US District Court of Wyoming. My phone provider has already been sent a subpoena to attempt to see who the number belongs to.

Called me twice, so far,  they never leave message, and I don't answer.

Missed call from 440-617-5650 around 6:30pm. Caller ID showed: "ELECTRIC DEPT". No message left.

Missed call from 440-617-5650. ID shows Electric Dept. Tried calling back and it never rings. I finally get a message that we're sorry your call did not go through please try again later.
