The caller id will state "Westlake, OH". The real name is "Live Voice" and they are professional telemarketer firm which represents different power brokers. If you call the number back and wait eventually, you will be given an option to get off the list (does not work). If you take the call and get to the telemarketer you can ask to be removed (does not work). After you have done both place a complaint at: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints The more of us who complain to the FCC the faster this nightmare will end.

Asked to be removed from their list 3 times, but they keep calling at least 5 times per week.

The OHIO PUCO can't help unless you know the name of the company. Live Voice is not listed.
I have now complained twice to the FCC. They have called me 27 times since March 27. They have promised to remove my name from their calling list 5 times. They also tell me I am not eligible for their service.
