Called the number back twice in this month and chose the option to be put on their do not call list. I've also spoken with two different Reps asking to be put on their do not call list. Filing complaint with State Atty General Office as I type this.
They have called several times a month for awhile now. This month alone they have called 6 times.

I get numerous calls from this company every single day. I too have asked to be put on their Do Not Call list and have been told they would do that but still get the calls. I've had it. Think I'll contact the State Atty's office as well.

The company is Energy Source. They have called me every day for months, and it's a recording. I finally listened today and you have to hit 5 to get someone. So I talked to the first person, said for them to quit calling. He said they would put me on a do not call list but hung up before I could get the name. Then they called again, and the same thing happened. So the third time they called, I played along and got the name of the company. The numbers that call me are 440-617-5613 and 5610. They say Westlake, Ohio. And I'm filing a complaint with the Atty General's office as soon as I hit send!

I too have had this problem and tried to talk to a person but they would not give me the company name until I gave them all of my Duke bill information.  I made a complaint at donotcall.gov (automated calls are not allowed).  How do I also make a complaint with the atty General's Office.  I am also trying to find info for energy source.  I am getting called 3-5 times a day for the past two months.
