Lots of calls to my cell phone but no messages left.

Called FOUR times in quick succession.  Didn't know number so I don't answer. Besides getting put on a sales list of live answers, there is a New scam that involves them recording an affirmative "Yes" in your voice.  Any of these that come through as just City & State are JUNK. They are buying clumps of numbers or cloning numbers, rotating them, and blocking them doesn't seem to work. No message left of course. These scammers just keep calling from various new numbers. How aggravating!!

Received two calls right in a row from this number.  They start off by saying hi this is John can you hear me.  DO NOT REPLY YES as that is when they record your voice saying yes just hang up.
