Commonwealth financial services contacted me regarding a debt involving my ex girlfriend. They called me 3 times in a day and finally after calling me after 5 i called back.Audrey took my call and asked for ex. Told her that I was no longer with her and (this time i got rude and nasty)that I was being harrassed and that they were violating fdcpa laws and to stop calling me or else I was gonna sue. She started yelling back so I hung up on her mid sentence. I called a minute later and asked (this time a lot calmer) to be removed from their database. She said it was removed and it will take 72 hours to take effect. I looked the up on bbb and they had over 200 complaints since 2010. Lets see how many times they call me tomorrow!!
