calling everyday leaves no voicemail

It's July 2015 and this number is still annoying people. I answered and talked to a smartass who when I asked what the call was about and to take a message, he sang me the answer, when I asked him to repeat, he sung louder, and horribly at that. Then he said some profanities and hung up. I think he was singing about a phone service or was being tortured.

This number called my daughter's phone, didn't state who they were, but somehow they knew her first name and that she was attending college, and wanted to 'offer some opportunities' to help pay for college.  She hung up.  BLOCKED
